JCHL Reaches 1000 Views!!

For the special post, I will be posting a bunch of my older concepts, before I started this website.  Please feel free to make fun of me in the comments section!  Thanks to my few followers for 1000 views!  These jerseys are in no sort of timeline.

This was for a Millionaires redesign at HJC.  It was the
first time I used the full body template.

The first time I tried to make my own team.. eww is all I
have to say.

This was not bad for my first concept.  Except for the fact
that I forgot the striping and logos on the back of the
jersey...     Rookie mistake.

Entry for the DHL contest at HJC.  It's for the Toronto
Blueshirts.  It's a bit too plain.
This was one of my most creative jerseys back then, but I
just can't stand the template that I used.

I like this one, except for the big hem.  Again, one of my
better ones before the website.

This one is just really plain, and the arm stripe is curved
weirdly.

I like this one, but the gradient looks weird, because I did
it wrong.

This was an interesting idea..  but it seems really bright.

I actually really like this one.  It was for a HJC St. Louis
Blues redesign competition.  I think I got top 5.

Again, I want to throw up whenever I look at this template,
but I think the jerseys are alright.  I especially like the
alternate.

I took the Oilers jerseys and switched the striping.  I don't
like the colored in hem.  I do like that I put the Rexall logo
on the jersey.

And I saved the worst for last...  I shiver whenever I look at
this.  It was a decent idea, but the execution was horrible.

AHL Rebrand #5

As some people might think, my concepts may seem a bit rushed.  If you guys start sending in concepts, I won't have to make as many, ergo they will be less rushed.  After this I am starting the CHL Rebrand, as you guys decided in the vote.  I will start with the WHL, so if you want to send in any WHL concepts, I will post them.  If you do send in any concepts, please put them on a blank white background with no writing or anything, so that I can put them on my concept background.

As I promised, I will have a special post because we reached 1000 views.  That post will probably be coming on the weekend, if not earlier.

But for now, I have the second last set of the AHL Rebrand.  If you ever want to look back at the other concepts, you can go to the labels on the side of the page and there will be NHL Rebrand and AHL Rebrand.
I based the away off of a concept by Brady at HJC, then
made a road version.

I think the Americans need a very "American Style jersey".
I think this concept implies that.

The away is the Hawks old third jersey, with hem stripes,
and a matching home.  I think this look suits the Icehogs.

Columbus' jerseys are very simple.  For their farm team, I
wanted the jerseys to look similar, but more complicated.

I tried a few times to make a jersey for this time, and finally
I came up with this.  I don't like it that much, but there are
some color schemes that I find hard to work with, and this
is one of them.

AHL Rebrand #4

As you may have noticed, I have changed the look of the site.  I was getting sick of the purple, it was a bit too much.  Also, I changed the background on my concepts, because the gradient background was a bit distracting, and this looks more professional.  We are almost at 1000 views!!  When we hit 1000, I will have a special post for you guys.

Oilers jersey, Barons colors.  I think this would be a good
move, as the Oilers jerseys are near perfect.

These are weird colors for a team, I know.  The 4 stripes
represent their 4 AHL division titles.

Usually, my rule is for the home and road to match, but the
only change is angled striping on the away.

I took their home, changed the hem stripes, and made a
matching road.  It's weird that there are 2 teams in the AHL
with the name Admirals.

These are basically St. Louis' old jerseys.  I extended the
yokes, to make it look more retro.
